Ingredients
Tea powder Cloves Cinnamon sticks Black Pepper
1 teaspoon 3 pieces 1/2 units 5 pieces
Green cardamon Jaggery Powder Slim Milk Ginger
1 unit 1 teaspoon 1 cup 1 small piece

Step by Step Guide:
- In a pan, add water and bring it to a boil.
- Lightly crush the black pepper, cloves, green cardamom, cinnamon and ginger. Add them into boiling water.
- Add the tea leaves. Allow it to simmer for a min.
- Add the milk and simmer for 5-7 min. Once done strain it and pour it in the cup.
- Add jaggery powder in chai and mix it. Masala chai is ready to serve.
