Step by Step Guide: 
  • In a pan, add water and bring it to a boil.
  • Lightly crush the black pepper, cloves, green cardamom, cinnamon and ginger. Add them into boiling water.
  • Add the tea leaves. Allow it to simmer for a min.
  • Add the milk and simmer for 5-7 min. Once done strain it and pour it in the cup. 
  • Add jaggery powder in chai and mix it. Masala chai is ready to serve.
