Here's what Chia seeds does with this detox water
Chia seeds boast a wealth of omega-3s fatty acids and antioxidants.
They also contain a decent amount of zinc, vitamin B3 (niacin), potassium, vitamin B1 (thiamine) and vitamin B2.
They are rich in antioxidants that helps in protecting the delicate fats in the seeds.
